  No compassion. This business is only paperwork and numbers. The day of the service , the moment I walked in, I was asked if we owed any more money. My mother in law had pre paid for this service many years ago. Poor organization. The attitude of the staff was awful.

  Where do I begin, very dissatisfied with service. Very little compassion, when we were having a service for my mother the easel holding her photograph with frame fell to the floor braking the frame, when I approached one of the staff in the office I had to wake them up mind you this was only 8pm. Once awake I told him the easel broke and needed a new one, he tried to fix it with no luck. I had to ask him if it was too difficult to get one, he reluctantly got up and got one. Then we had a large turnout for my mother’s wake causing us to need more chairs, I went to office once more and asked if we have more chairs at our chapel but instead of bring us chairs they instructed me to get chairs in the lobby. It was also brought to their attention that we would have a larger gathering to give us a bigger chapel, but that never happened the day of the wake having had two chapels side by side available. I could go on but why, it was a disappointing and sad experience to say the least.
